Champions Instructor becomes new Women's Council of Realtors Texas State President.
The Texas State Chapter of Women's Council of Realtors held their annual installation in San Antonio, Texas at the Hyatt Regency on September 7, 2008. Sandra Hunt, long time Champions School of Real Estate Instructor, was installed as the new 2009 Texas WCR State President at this event. The Women’s Council of Realtors is a network of successful REALTORS® empowering women to exercise their potential as entrepreneurs and industry leaders.

“I was honored to be the mistress of ceremonies for Sandra’s installation as the new 2008-2009 WCR Texas State President. Sandra’s dedication to our profession is unsurpassed and it reflects not only in her work as a Realtor® but also in the classroom as a teacher for Champions School of Real Estate. Her passion for this business is evident in all that she does. Whether it is helping a client achieve their dream home or conveying her knowledge to students in the classroom, Sandra does so with a passion. This honor bestowed upon her is well deserved and I can not think of a finer person to lead the WCR Texas Chapter in the coming year,” stated Rita Santamaria, owner and president of Champions School of Real Estate.

Sandra has been a professional Realtor for almost 20 years and has been an active member with the Women’s Council of Realtors® for 18 years. She currently works for Realm Real Estate Professionals and is also an instructor for Champions School of Real Estate. In the past she has served in many positions with Women's Council of Realtors® on both the local and state level. Before being installed as the Texas State President, Sandra served as the 2007 WCR Texas State Secretary and was named the 2007 "Realtor® of the Year" for WCR Greater West Houston.
