Champions School of Real Estate® has been providing Real Estate Qualifying and Continuing Education since 1983. With campus locations in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio, we now offer day, evening, and weekend classes seven days a week across the state of Texas! We also provide classes in online (self-paced) and Live Broadcast formats to ensure that we can accomodate your busy schedule! Champions School of Real Estate's® education courses are supported by quality instructors, award winning curriculum and a customer focused staff whose mission is to ensure you achieve and maintain success in your real estate career.
As of 2016, with the addition of approved Oklahoma and Florida continuing education courses, Champions School of Real Estate® has officially started its Nationwide expansion!
Champions now offers Real Estate education in three states, Loan Originator education in 53 states/territories, and Appraisal education in 12 states…and counting! With this Nationwide expansion, Champions has the opportunity to bring quality instructors and award-winning curriculum to YOU, no matter where you may be.
Rita Santamaria became an entrepreneur when she started her career in Real Estate sales in Plano, Texas in the late 1970’s and then moved to Houston and put her education and Real Estate expertise together to open Champions School of Real Estate® in 1983. Since then, Rita has expanded the business by launching a successful online campus and opening brick-and-mortar campuses in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio.

Kimberly Dydalewicz is the President of Champions School of Real Estate®, the nation's largest Real Estate education provider. While directing this effort alongside founder & CEO Rita Santamaria, Dydalewicz assists with the operational aspects of the company, which has grown to encompass nine campuses throughout Texas, seven state-of-the-art ChampionsLive! Studios, independent Curriculum Development and Online Divisions along with 100 full-time and contract employees and instructors. Kimberly currently resides with her husband Kevin and their sons, Kaden and Knox Dydalewicz, in Frisco, TX.
