50-Hour Certified Residential Upgrade Online Program

Program Description:

The 50 hour Certified Residential Upgrade from License Level Program is $589. This program price includes the additional courses required to meet the 200 hour Certified Residential Appraiser License requirements if the 150-hour Appraiser Program was previously purchased. In addition to the 200 hours, you must also have one of six college-level education requirements set forth by the AQB and Provide 1,500 hours of acceptable and verifiable appraisal experience acquired over a minimum of 12 months (1 years). Experience may be acquired anytime during the appraiser's career when that person had legal authority to perform real estate appraisals. Appraisals must comply with USPAP.
