Rita Santamaria named one of the TOP 25 most influential women in Real Estate Leadership.
What started out as a blog post on ActiveRain, by Stefan Swanepoel, asking readers to nominate women they thought were influential in the real estate industry quickly turned into a hot topic that attracted over 11,000 views and spilled over into other real estate networks such as RealTown and Inman Community.

3,460 respondents cast over 6,000 votes for women they felt were most deserving of the 100 Most Influential Women in Real Estate Leadership. After all of the votes were tallied, the category was further broken down into the TOP 25 Most Influential, the TOP 50 and then finally the TOP 100. This list is comprised of many leaders from varying segments of the real estate industry. From real estate brokers to real estate educators it is a virtual Who's Who in the industry.
